Terms of Service

By using The Fate Theater (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ArtiMind Technology Limited (“we”, “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service provides astrology, tarot, numerology and BaZi readings and AI-generated media for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, mental-health, legal, financial or investment advice. We make no promises about the accuracy, reliability or outcomes of any reading; always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline — the Service is not a substitute for professional help.

You may use the Service as a guest or create an account via email magic-link or a social provider (Google / Apple / Kakao). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

Some features (e.g., full media generation and deep reports) require credits or a subscription, purchased through Stripe. Prices and what each product includes are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits and subscriptions are for personal use and are generally non-refundable except where required by law; if a full generation fails, the credits spent on it are automatically refunded.

• You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (your question, birth data and any photo).
• You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you provide, and that it depicts you or a person who has consented. Do not upload images of other people without their permission, and do not upload images of minors.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to operate the Service, including sending them to the sub-processors described in the Privacy Policy.
• Subject to these Terms and to payment, the readings, images and videos generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Readings and media are produced by automated and AI systems and may be inaccurate, fictional or unexpected. They are creative interpretations, not statements of fact.

Do not use the Service unlawfully; to harass or harm others; to generate content depicting real people without their consent; to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Service; or to infringe others’ rights.

The Service and its brand, software and content (excluding your inputs and the outputs generated for you) belong to ArtiMind Technology Limited.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtiMind Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArtiMind Technology Limited is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
