Privacy Policy

• Account & identity: your email (for magic-link sign-in), or a stable identifier when you sign in with Google, Apple or Kakao (and your email where you allow it); an anonymous guest identifier if you use the Service without registering; your interface language.
• Divination inputs: your birth date, birth time (optional), birth place and derived coordinates/time zone; the questions you ask; and short intuition-quiz answers.
• Portrait photo (optional): if you choose to generate a personalized image or video, you may upload a photo of yourself. We use it only as a visual reference to generate your media. Depending on your jurisdiction a facial photo may be treated as sensitive or biometric-related data; we process it solely with your consent and only for generation — never for identification, profiling or facial recognition.
• Readings & generated content: the readings we produce, your tarot draws, and images/videos generated for you.
• Payments: purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; we keep your order, entitlement and credit-balance records.
• Technical data: basic device/usage information and locally stored values (your session token and language preference); and, where enabled, product analytics and error monitoring.

• To provide the Service: compute charts (astrology / BaZi / numerology), draw tarot, and produce readings and media.
• To personalize: tailor readings and media to your chart, question and — if provided — your photo, and to remember prior readings for continuity (your “memory journal”).
• Safety: screen inputs for crisis / self-harm signals so we can show support resources instead of a reading.
• To operate payments, credits and subscriptions, and to prevent fraud.
• To send sign-in links and service messages.

The Service relies on third parties to function. Depending on configuration, the following may process your data on our behalf, receiving only what each function needs:

• Large-language-model providers — Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) and/or an OpenAI-compatible gateway — receive your question and chart context to generate interpretation text.
• Media-generation providers — our task platform and image/video models (e.g., SeeDance, Banana) — receive the generation prompt and, if you uploaded one, a temporary link to your photo.
• Object storage — Cloudflare R2 (uploaded photos) and Google Cloud Storage (generated media); private buckets are accessed via short-lived signed links.
• Payments — Stripe. Email — our email-delivery provider (e.g., Amazon SES / Resend). Analytics & monitoring — where enabled.

Where GDPR applies we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver readings you request); your consent (for optional photo upload, any sensitive data, and non-essential analytics); and our legitimate interests (to operate, secure and improve the Service). Where Korean PIPA applies, we process personal information based on your consent and to perform the service, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

We keep your account and reading data while your account is active. Deterministic content (charts, tarot draws) can be regenerated from your inputs. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; on deletion we remove your account and associated records and delete or dissociate stored photos and media.

Subject to your local law you may access and export your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent (for example, stop using your photo), and object to or restrict certain processing. You can export or delete your account data from account settings, or by emailing admin@powersai.xyz. If you register from a guest session, your earlier guest data is merged into your account. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, private storage buckets and time-limited signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We and our sub-processors may process your data in countries other than yours (including the United States). Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

The Service is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in-product.
